BASIC OFFSHORE SAFETY INDUCTION & EMERGENCY TRAINING (BOSIET)
This course is targeted at personnel intending to work in UKCS waters.
The aim of this course is to give basic safety induction and emergency training to new entrants to the Offshore Oil, Gas and Wind Industries.
Delivered at Fleetwood Nautical Campus, the UK's top nautical college. the majority of this course is of a hands on practical nature.
This course is OPITO approved and valid for UK waters and where OPITO courses are accepted.

CERTIFICATION: BOSIET certification valid for 4 years and OPITIO registration

LOCATIONS: Fleetwood Nautical Campus, South Tyneside Marine Safety Training Centre
EQUIPMENT NEEDED: 1 pair of cotton overalls, 1 change of warm clothing, personal wash kit, 1 pair of safety shoes/rig boots, swimming wear and towel. 1 clean pair of trainers (these will get wet), photographic proof of identity
