Manufactured in UK by Safety Technology Ltd for the purpose of wood pole climbing. The choke strap is manufactured from heavy duty webbing and has a heavy duty rubber grip pad along the back section and adjustable webbing at both sides. The metal components are all anodised steel and the snap hook on the free end is chrome pad.
The Safety Technology Ltd Choke Strap complies with EA specification EA43-123 and is classified category A1.
An attachable gaff must be used in conditions where the pole is icy or very slippery e.g. wet mossy etc.
